The hotel in the middle of town centre,amazing location . Very warm welcome,polite staff . I stayed with my partner we got a room with view to town. The room was big ,very clean . We had dinner it was so delicious burgers. The lounge is very nice. In the morning we went for breakfast fresh bakery smelled from the top floor. Delicious with loads of choice. Definetly recommend and will be back soon
The staff at this hotel are WITHOUT A DOUBT the friendliest I have ever come across! Lisa, in particular, was so amazingly helpful on the day I checked in, and everyone else has been so welcoming and cheery throughout my stay. Would stay here again if ever I needed to - great experience.
I stayed in a Premierinn plus room and it was nice. The hotel itself isn’t in the nicest part of Romford but felt safe, clean and had a choice of car parks in the town. If you want to park on site then there is the other Premierinn just a few minutes away, also in the centre. Check in was great with very welcoming service, but service at breakfast needs some work. The nice lady making breakfast also seemed to be holding everything together. Of the other 2 staff, one was clueless and the other (who I think was the mgr on duty) seemed to think everything was someone else’s job. I paid for breakfast in the morning and was only given a card receipt. When I asked for the proper VAT receipt I was told they don’t get issued. When I looked to the apparent mgr on duty he said the same and shrugged his shoulders. The lady making breakfast came out of the kitchen and promptly printed the receipt I needed, whilst the apparent mgr sulked off to the office. If I was in charge I’d promote the chef and give the other 2 some proper training.
My stay was really good, I was there for two weeks on a course and the staff were very friendly. The manager Jase was really friendly and happy to talk to you, and all the staff I saw at breakfast and in the restaurant/bar in the evenings I can only remember Raluca but they were all super friendly and happy to help or talk to you. The location is nice as your not far from the station and you have a plethora of options for food in the day. If you are bringing a vehicle however you would have to park in the británica multi story opposite for a charge of 7.50 per day the hotel covers half if you use the tablet in reception. Overall as I said I really enjoyed my stay and will hopefully be back in the future. A big thank you to all for making my stay a pleasure!
Overall enjoyed my stay, great location, the place would fall apart if it wasn't for Raluca, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was doing every job there was. Front desk, bar, cooking. Rooms were clean and tidy, good shower good amenities. I'll definitely stay again
I’d like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. I stayed here for several days following a serious surgery, when I could barely walk, and I didn’t expect to receive such genuine care and attention. The team even arranged for me to move to a room closer to the reception so I wouldn’t have to walk too far given my condition a small gesture that meant a lot to me. Thank you once again to everyone for making my stay so comfortable and for going above and beyond.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing place! I don’t actually stay at the hotel, but I often come here to study and work. The staff are always incredibly accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxed, which makes it the perfect place to focus and get things done. Everyone is so lovely and helpful, and it always feels like such a positive environment to be in. I genuinely love spending time here. Highly recommend!!!
I stayed at this Premier Inn, and I have to say this is one of the nicest premier inns and hotels in London. The service at the desk from Lisa was so friendly, polite, professional and kind. A wonderful person who just made this stay feel a lot more than a Premier Inn usually is! My thanks to her and the rest of the team in Romford for providing me with such a lovely stay!
